Form

• This individual is showing the universal sign • Stand behind the victim and bend his body
for choking - hands holding the neck. slightly forward.
• If you see an individual in that condition, • Put your arms around the victim and clench
approach him quickly to provide aid. a fist with your right hand.
• Place the fist between the navel and below
the ribs of the victim.

• Place your left hand on top of your right fist.
• Press and jerk upwards repeatedly.
• The foreign object or food stuck in the
respiratory tract will be pushed out from the
pressure applied.
