Kaedah 1. Pasu S dan T disimpan dalam keadaan gelap selama dua hari.

Method
Pot S and T were kept in the dark for two days.

2. Susunan radas disediakan seperti dalam Rajah (a).
The apparatus was set up as shown in Diagram (a).

3. Pasu S dan T diletakkan di bawah cahaya matahari selama tiga jam.
Pot S and T were placed under the sunlight for three hours. 2

4. Daun dari pasu S dan T dipetik dan ujian kanji dijalankan. BAB

The leaves were plucked from both pots S and T and the presence of starch was tested.

(a) pasu S : Fotosintesis berlaku kerana karbon dioksida hadir dalam set S
pot S : Photosynthesis occured because carbon dioxide was present in set S

(b) pasu T : Fotosintesis tidak berlaku kerana karbon dioksida tidak hadir dalam set T
pot T : Photosynthesis did not occur because carbon dioxide was not present in set T

2. Apakah tujuan meletakkan pasu S dan T dalam keadaan gelap selama dua hari? TP 2
What is the purpose of placing pot S and T in in the dark for two days?

Untuk menyingkirkan kanji daripada daun.
To remove starch from leaves.
3. Apakah fungsi pasu S dalam eksperimen ini? TP 2
What is the function of pot S in this experiment?
Bertindak sebagai kawalan .
Acts as a control .

4. Nyatakan fungsi larutan natrium hidroksida. TP 2
State the function of sodium hydroxide solution.
Menyerap karbon dioksida dalam pasu T.
To absorb carbon dioxide in pot T.

Kesimpulan 1. Karbon dioksida diperlukan untuk fotosintesis.
Conclusion
Carbon dioxide is needed for photosynthesis.
2. Hipotesis diterima .
The hypothesis is accepted .
