                            An antibiotic disc with a high concentration and another antibiotic disc were placed with a low concentration onto
                            the surface of the nutrient agar.

                         4.  Piring Petri ditutup dengan penutup dan penutup itu dilekatkan menggunakan pita selofan.
                            The Petri dish was covered with a lid and the lid was sealed using cellophane tape.
                         5.  Piring Petri diterbalikkan dan dibiarkan selama dua hari dalam suhu bilik.
                            The Petri dish was inverted and it was left aside for two days at room temperature.

                         4.  Reema menghidapi selesema dan dia pergi berjumpa doktor. Tetapi, doktor tidak memberi

                            Reema had a cold and she went to see a doctor. But, the doctor did not give her any antibiotics. Why?

          Conclusion
                         2.  Semakin tinggi kepekatan antibiotik, semakin   luas   kawasan jernih di atas permukaan
                            agar-agar nutrien.
                            The higher the concentration of an antibiotic, the   larger   the clear area on the surface of the nutrient agar.
