didih masing-masing diisi dengan larutan kultur Knop lengkap, larutan kultur tanpa
nitrogen, larutan kultur tanpa fosforus dan larutan kultur tanpa kalium.
K2 Prepare four sets of apparatus as shown in the diagram. The four boiling tubes are filled with complete Knop’s
PI solution, culture solution without nitrogen, culture solution without phosphorus and culture solution without
1 potassium respectively.

Tip Praktikal
• Aras larutan di dalam semua tabung didih haruslah sama.
The level of the solution in all the boiling tubes should be the same.
• Semua tabung didih perlu dibalut dengan kertas hitam.
All the boiling tubes must be wrapped with black paper.
• Hanya bahagian akar anak benih yang patut terendam di dalam larutan.
Only the roots of the seedlings should be immersed in the solution.
