Hipotesis Kehadiran nutrien dan kelembapan meningkatkan kadar pertumbuhan mikroorganisma.

Bahan Agar-agar nutrien steril, agar-agar steril tanpa nutrien dan kultur bakteria (Bacillus subtilis).
Materials Sterile nutrient agar, sterile agar without nutrient and bacterial culture (Bacillus subtilis).
Radas Piring Petri steril dengan penutup, picagari steril 1 cm³, silinder penyukat steril, pita selofan dan
Apparatus ketuhar.
Sterile Petri dishes with lids, sterile 1 cm³ syringe, sterile measuring cylinder, cellophane tape and oven. K1P4

3 1. Sediakan susunan radas seperti di atas.
4 Set up the apparatus as shown above.

2. Tuangkan 10 cm agar-agar tanpa nutrien steril, agar-agar nutrien steril, agar-agar nutrien

kering dan 1 cm kultur bakteria masing-masing ke dalam piring Petri A, B dan C.
Pour 10 cm of sterile agar without nutrient, sterile nutrient agar, dry agar nutrient and 1 cm of bacterial culture

into Petri dishes A, B and C respectively.
3. Tutup piring-piring Petri itu dengan penutup dan lekatkan dengan pita selofan.
Cover the Petri dishes with lids and seal the lids using cellophane tape.
4. Simpan kesemua piring Petri itu dalam keadaan telangkup pada suhu bilik.
Keep all the Petri dishes in inverted condition at room temperature.
5. Rekod pemerhatian selepas dua hari.
Record the observations after two days.

3. Kesemua piring Petri ditutup dengan penutup dan penutup dilekatkan dengan pita selofan.
All the Petri dishes were covered with lids and the lids were sealed using cellophane tape.
