EKSPERIMEN WAJIB
Four sterile Petri dishes containing sterile nutrient agar were labelled as A, B, C and D.
2. 1 cm³ kultur bakteria diletakkan ke atas permukaan agar-agar di dalam setiap piring Petri itu.
1 cm³ of bacterial cultures were placed onto the surface of the agar in each Petri dish.
3. Piring-piring Petri itu ditutup dengan penutup dan dilekatkan dengan pita selofan.
The Petri dishes were covered with lids and the lids were sealed using cellophane tape.
4. Piring Petri A dan B masing-masing disimpan di dalam ketuhar yang ditetapkan pada suhu
60°C dan 37°C.
Petri dishes A and B were stored in ovens set at 60°C and 37°C respectively.
5. Piring Petri C disimpan di dalam makmal pada suhu bilik, kira-kira 30°C.
Petri dish C was stored in the laboratory at room temperature, approximately 30°C.
6. Piring Petri D disimpan di dalam peti sejuk yang ditetapkan pada suhu 5°C.
Petri dish D was stored in a refrigerator set at 5°C.
7. Bilangan koloni bakteria diperhatikan dan dicatatkan selepas dua hari.
The number of bacterial colonies was observed and recorded after two days.
