2. 5 cm bubur nutrien steril dan 1 cm kultur bakteria dituangkan ke dalam tabung uji A, B dan C.

5 cm of sterile nutrient broth and 1 cm of the bacterial culture were poured into Petri dishes A, B and C.

3. Beberapa titis asid hidroklorik cair, natrium hidroksida cair dan air suling masing-masing
ditambahkan ke dalam tabung uji A, B dan C.
A few drops of dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sodium hydroxide and distilled water were added into test tubes A,
B and C.
4. Mulut setiap tabung uji ditutup dengan kapas steril.
The opening of each test tube was stuffed with sterile cotton wool.

State one application of the effect of pH on the growth of microorganisms in daily life.
Larutan iodin ialah asid lemah yang digunakan sebagai antiseptik yang disapu pada
permukaan kulit yang luka untuk menghalang pertumbuhan bakteria.
Iodine solution is a weak acid used as an antiseptic which is applied to the surface of an injured skin to prevent the
growth of bacteria.

Conclusion
2. Bakteria tumbuh subur dalam keadaan neutral tetapi tidak dalam keadaan
berasid atau beralkali .
Bacteria grow well in neutral condition but not in acidic or alkaline
