9.3 Observation
1. Observed heavy air leakages in the plant.
2. It’s recommended to carry out periodical compressed air leakage quantification test.
Due to above compressed air leakages, energy required for its generation is shear
wastage.
3. Hence Above mentioned air leaks to be attained on priority.
4. For healthy control on Compressed air leakages at plant a good leak prevention program
should be implemented.
