      of the significant developments and investments GMFS is aggressively working on to
      continue to position us for greater success. Today I want to cover two areas of opportunity
      we are focused on— Technology and Customer Experience.

      As evidenced by the number of recent articles, research findings and the annual MBA
      conference, technology is going to play an even more significant role in the Mortgage
