        that has a casting time of 1 action.



        Whirlwind Dervish (Recharge 6)

        Type: Action.
        Talent Cost: 2 (Counts as 2 Talents).

        The djinii moves up to its speed and targets each
        creature within 5 feet of it during its movement.
        Each target must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity
        saving throw or take 23 (3d12 + 4) slashing
        damage plus 7 (2d6) lightning damage.  The
        djinni's movement during this action will not
        trigger opportunity attacks.


        Whirlwind Storm
