                                                               When the hobgoblin makes an ability check or saving throw, it can

                                                               Spellcasting. The hobgoblin is a 7th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting
                                                               ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). It
          Arcane Advantage. Once per turn, the hobgoblin can deal an extra
                                                               regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It
          7 (2d6) damage to a creature it hits with a damaging spell attack if   knows the following warlock spells:
          that target is within 5 feet of an ally of the hobgoblin and that ally
                                                               Cantrips (at will): eldritch blast (2 beams, 1d10 + 3), mage hand,
          isn’t incapacitated.

          Army Arcana. When the hobgoblin casts a spell that causes damage   1st-4th level (2 4th-level slots): burning hands, counterspell, dispel
          or that forces other creatures to make a saving throw, it can choose     magic, fireball,  fireshield, shield, stinking cloud, wall of fire
          itself and any number of allies to be immune to the damage caused
          by the spell and to succeed on the required saving throw.
