Organization is required for setups, for cleanliness, for work areas, for the
kanban system, for the storage areas, for tools, for teamwork activities, etc.

Answer :
The five elements are visibility, simplicity, flexibility, standardization
and organization.
1. Simplicity :
Simplicity can be achieved with kanban system, simple
setup changes, certified processes, small lot sizes, leveled
production, simple machines and simple material handling
2. Flexibility
Flexibility can be achieved with short setup times, short
production times, small lot sizes, kanban carts, and flexible
material handling equipment.
3. Organization
Organization is required for setups, for cleanliness, for work
areas, for the kanban system and for the storage areas.
