                               Real Healthy Cinnamon Swirl Bread




































        This version of the classic almond bread loaf has a fun swirl of cinnamon and raisins. Just like you’re having a
        cinnamon roll!

        Here’s what you need for 30 half-slices:
              5 cups blanched almond flour                            2 Tablespoons agave nectar
              1 teaspoon baking soda                                  2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
              1/2 teaspoon salt                                       1/3 cup golden raisins
              1 teaspoon cinnamon                                     1/2 cup ground walnuts
              6 omega-3, free range eggs                              1 Tablespoon cinnamon

            1.  Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
            2.  In a medium sized bowl combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
            3.  In another bowl combine the eggs, agave nectar and vinegar. Mix well.
            4.  Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix until just combined. Mix in the raisins.
            5.  In a small bowl combine the ground walnuts and cinnamon.
