Successful brainstorming by managers can be achieved by asking
                 yourself these questions:
1 Do you use it whenever appropriate?
2 Does it work? If not, are you leading it effectively?

3 Is there a better person than you to lead a session?
4 Can you point to where brainstorming sessions have
improved creative thinking in your organisation?
5 Do you and your managers have a list of problems that
                     could benefit from brainstorming?
