EASY CARAMEL CORN


     From the kitchen of Ruth Brown (Granny of Ashton Stowell)






     Ingredients:
     1.25 c sugar

     1/3 c Oleo (butter)
     1/3 c water
     1 2/3 tbs vinegar

     2 qt popped corn

     Directions:

     Combine everything except corn into skillet.
     Place skillet on medium heat (do not stir
     once on heat).Cook until amber in color.

     Place popped corn in large baking pan. Pour
     caramel over popped corn. Once cooled,
     break into pieces.
