HOLIDAY STRAWBERRY PRETZEL
From the kitchen of Ruth Brown (Granny of Ashton Stowell)
Ingredients:
1 ½ c crushed pretzels
3 tbs sugar
¾ c butter
1 - 8 oz tub cool whip
1 ½ c marshmallow crème
1 c powdered sugar
1 large box strawberry jello
2 c hot water
2 boxes frozen strawberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and butter. Spread over baking
sheet or large casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes. Let Cool. Mix cool whip, marshmallow crème
and powdered sugar. Pour over cooled pretzel crust. Mix jello mix, water and strawberries in a
bowl. Pour over cool whip mixture and let sit to cool.
Serve Chilled.
