2. DRESS AND APPEARANCE POLICY

                   POLICY STATEMENT

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that you understand the standards the company
expects on the required standards of dress and appearance. The company expects all
employees’ appearance and conduct to be of the highest standard at all times and you
must not dress in a way that may reasonably offend others.

The company will take a sensitive approach in respecting the need for employees who
hold particular faiths that require them to wear specific types of clothing/dress in a
particular way to do so. However, priority will be given to health and safety, security
                   and other similar considerations.

This policy is not definitive in defining what is and is not appropriate and therefore all
employees must use their common sense in applying it. If you are unclear about the
suitability of any item of clothing or footwear, you should consult your line
                   manager.
