What is an apprentice, anyways? What will I do? How
long does it take? How much will I earn? This session
will cover the basic elements of an apprenticeship, or
an "earn and learn" academic and professional pathway
that supports students as they work and take courses,
earn permits, certificates and degrees, and climb
career ladders to well-paying positions. You will hear a
basic over view of apprenticeships and also hear from
three programs in the Bay Area where you can apply
right now!
