Rigorous, Experiential,
Inspiring Academics
I nspired by an engaging faculty, rigorous
academics and exceptional opportunities
to expand and apply their knowledge
through real-world experiences, CMH
students exceeded their own expectations
and discovered their passions. Even when
the pandemic meant the remainder of their
year would be virtual, our students adapted,
gaining strength in vital life-skills such as
perseverance and agility.
“I AM SO GRATEFUL TO CMH FOR THE CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION +
UNBELIEVABLE OPPORTUNITY TO BE MENTORSHIP = SUCCESS
MENTORED BY INDUSTRY EXPERTS
A self-described “hands-on learner,” senior Jaden
LIKE (ALUMNUS) JERRY JENDUSA Brozynski, says the unique experiences provided
AND DAVID GRUBER.” to him at Catholic Memorial have helped him succeed
– JADEN BROZYNSKI ’21 in ways he didn’t think possible. “CMH teachers really
strive to help us learn in ways that are best for us. I
8 don’t think there is any other school that would give
me the same opportunities,” says Jaden.
Learning from gifted faculty and being mentored
by industry experts has allowed Jaden to apply
what he’s learned to real-world applications and
develop skills and confidence that will lead to future
success. Last year, Jaden teamed with engineering
classmates Loren Nietzke and Aaron Armour to
develop an innovative product – DroneChute – and
an accompanying business plan. The team presented
live on “Project Pitch It,” a local show similar to
the popular “Shark Tank” series, and are currently
working with experts to acquire a patent.
