Growth next year includes opening
the doors on new concept stores to
strengthen Rivers’ retail experience.
FY15 has been a year of
re-engaging with our customer,
improving the product and
enhancing the store experience.
Rivers is well embedded within
SFG through the near completion
of its systems integration into the
group, positioning the brand well
for future growth.
Increasing brand loyalty has been a
focus during the year, strengthened
through impactful promotions
resulting in over 60% of our
transactions coming from our loyalty
customers. Online sales have grown
significantly with the enhancement
of our platform. Increased ease of use
has significantly driven online traffic.
