Strategic Priorities  How We Achieve This

Omni                  SFG is making a significant investment into a new digital platform to be
                      launched in FY16, that will enable customers to have the same, seamless
CHANNEL               shopping experience whenever and however they choose to shop with
                      SFG. Enhancements include new mobile sites and apps, online stock
Global                check for their local store, an integrated loyalty scheme, improved product
                      navigation and more delivery options. SFG is also trialling how digital
READY                 technology can be used to enhance the in-store experience.

Operational           SFG currently operates in 4 countries: Australia, New Zealand, South
                      Africa and the USA. To be global ready it is necessary to understand the
EXCELLENCE            customer and market differentiation. This is being researched extensively
                      to develop product ranges and seasonality for the market before a brand
                      can operate effectively, and is key to successful market entry. Through
                      the City Chic brand who has successfully entered international markets,
                      SFG is able to explore a number of global models while considering the
                      nuances of each new market.

                      SFG operates a flexible, fast fashion business model that allows us
                      to react quickly and deliver exciting fashionable product ranges that
                      are right for our target customers at the right price and to the highest
                      standard. Our improved supply chain will enhance customer experience
                      and value.

Social                SFG is dedicated to ensuring ethically compliant working conditions in
                      partner factories. Developing long term relationships with suppliers is
RESPONSIBILITY        essential in achieving this goal. SFG believes in sharing expertise with
                      supply partners and investing in their future. Better working conditions
                      improves the efficiency of the supply chain. Fairly paid and treated
