BIODATA

Senior Ass. Prof. Dr Hajah Rasinah Binti Haji Ahim

 Served as Senior Assistant Professor and at the same time as Head of

Postgraduate Studies Program at the Faculty of Usuluddin, Sultan Sharif Ali

Islamic University (UNISSA). Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Usuluddin

(Aqeedah and Philosophy) from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, a Master's

Degree in Islamic Studies (Usuluddin and Philosophy) from National University

of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia and a Doctor of Philosophy in Aqeedah and

Islamic Thought (Religion and Society) from the University of Malaya (UM),

Malaysia.

 Her expertise (takhassus) is in the field of aqeedah & da’wah, religion and

society. Throughout her career, she was appointed as the Head of Usuluddin

Department at the Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Institute of Islamic

Studies, UBD, in 2004. In 2010 to 2012, she was the Deputy Dean, Faculty of

Usuluddin, UNISSA and in 2014 to June 2017 as the Director of Postgraduate

Studies, UNISSA. She involved in research activities and paper presentations

both national and international level.
