ARCHITECT
Role
➢ The role of design. Once engaged by a
customer, the architect is responsible for
developing a design idea that satisfies the
client's needs while also providing a facility
that is appropriate for the intended purpose.
The architect may offer early ideas to the
customer, which might change the scope of the
brief entirely.
Responsibilities
➢ From early idea through design development, lead and develop projects.
➢ Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
➢ Commercial and industrial construction projects are designed and documented.
➢ Consult with customers to identify their needs.
