    Role

    ➢ Inspecting a construction, remodeling, or demolition project to determine costs and ensure

    quality. Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts for new buildings, renovations, and other proposed
    constructions to determine that they comply with the Building Code.
    ➢ Inspect building construction to ensure that it conforms with the Building Code.
    ➢ Inspect and test building electrical and plumbing systems to verify compliance with municipal,

    provincial, and federal laws.
    ➢ Inspect steel framework, concrete forms, reinforcing steel mesh and rods, and concrete or pre-

    stressed concrete for quality and compliance with specifications and building codes.



     Responsibilities

    ➢ Examine construction work for adherence to building codes and project specifications.
    ➢ Examine the plans to see if there are any possible violations.
    ➢ Inspections should be documented, and any problems should be reported.
    ➢ Testing can be performed to determine the quality of the materials being utilized.




     Project Manager (P.M)






    Role

     ➢ On construction sites, a clerk of works inspects the craftsmanship, quality, and safety of the
    job and reports back to top management and clients.

    ➢ Inspections of the construction site on a frequent basis to ensure that the building plans are
    being followed appropriately.
    ➢ To support everyday business operations, you'll be in charge of administrative duties.
