2.5.1 Routing with “Destination Address is Physical Address”
In general, you can say that a coupler always filters telegrams with a physical destination
address!
Example: line coupler, whereby:
Physical destination address of destination device: A.B.C
A = Area in which target device is located
B = Line in which target device is located
C = Device number of target device in the line
Physical address of the line coupler: X.Y.0 (zero)
X = Area in which line coupler is located
Y = Line in which line coupler is located
0 = Device number of line coupler (always zero)
