                  2.5.1 Routing with “Destination Address is Physical Address”
                  In general, you can say that a coupler always filters telegrams with a physical destination
                  address!
                  Example: line coupler, whereby:
                      Physical destination address of destination device: A.B.C

                       A = Area in which target device is located
                       B = Line in which target device is located
                       C = Device number of target device in the line
                      Physical address of the line coupler: X.Y.0 (zero)

                       X = Area in which line coupler is located
                       Y = Line in which line coupler is located
                       0 = Device number of line coupler (always zero)
                  Main line to line:

                       MAIN LINE

                                              Line coupler
                         A = X         NO

                                 YES
                         B = Y    NO    TEL_IGN_NOAK
                                 YES

                         C = 0    YES      TEL_INT
                                  NO
                      TEL_ROUT_UN
