outlined using sticky notes and markers on a large piece of paper.
The results, shown in Figure 3.6, reveal that the need for a backup system,
training, and keeping the links current were key issues in developing the SRT.
The team paid special attention to these aspects of the project. On a larger
project, they might have established sub-teams to monitor these aspects of
the project.
