3050 – Wellness and Treatment Making Calls & E-mailing Clients
1. Start the calls at approx.. 9:30 AM on Monday after lists are printed.
2. Use the script guidelines procedure 3010.
3. Check first to see if they have booked from previous calls. DO NOT CALL THESE.
4. We do not have phone numbers for all of our clients due to a variety of reasons, no longer using a
house number, moved, etc… In case we have a bad number or no number and we have an email
address, send an email reminder to these clients.
