Primary Responsible Position: Client Coordinator
Participating Positions: Finance Coordinator, Director of Public Contact, Technicians
How: Login to the wellness plan site:
https://my.h3financialservices.com/cwa/login/auth
You should have your user id and login.
Look over the various wellness plan options.
1. Select the desired plan
2. Click the save and continue button
3. Fill out all the personal info for the client. Ensure email is correct.
4. Ensure the address and billing info is correct.
5. Click the save button.
6. Proceed to Reception to get the payment for this month and the
enrollment fee.
