Entering Treatments After Setup: the client’s account is all set up:
                                     1.  On the patient’s chart (before the treatments are posted) the Client
                                         Coordinator will:
                                         a.  Add the enrollment fee
                                         b.  Add the first month’s payment
                                         c.  Add the correct WP treatment code (See Tx for all wellness codes,
                                            Search WP)
                                         d.  Remove the non-WP code
                                     2.  Add an alert to the PATIENT’S chart noting the pet is on a wellness plan. Add
                                         additional services ex.  Spay, Neuter or Dental

        Marking off the used wellness plan items from today’s visit:
                                     1.  Login to: www.veterinarycreditplans.com
                                     2.  Find the clients account by name or account number
                                     3.  Click on the account number by name
                                     4.  The customer detail page will show an overview that client’s account.
                                     5.  On the left-hand side of the webpage portal:  look for the “Available Service
                                         and Service history” link.
                                     6.  After clicking that link, you should see the service and Plan information.
                                     7.  Click the consume button next to the items that they received that day.
                                     8.  It will now say used next to those times or give a number count of how
                                         many services are still remaining.

        Wellness Plan Visits (2  visit and thereafter):
                                     1.  The receptionist Tech/TA will create the estimates:
                                         a.  Make the Treatment Plan using the Wellness Plan treatment codes.
                                            Look in Tx (Treatment List) for all Wellness Plan codes. Ender “WP”. Be
                                            sure to read the alert on what WP each patient has and what extra
                                            services are included.
                                         b.  At checkout (The Receptionist), print a copy of the invoice and put in
                                            the Client Coordinator’s box.
                                         c.  All wellness plan holders receive a 5% discount on all Boarding and
                                            Grooming services.
                                     2.  Reception – when making estimates for groom or boarding – be sure to
                                         include the discount using wellness plan 5% discount code.
            3.  The Client Coordinator will login into www.veterinarycreditplans.com and mark the used services as
               consumed. (Refer to How to mark off the used wellness plan items from today’s visit)

            5.  Show your trainer how to consume a service in a wellness plan account.
            6.  How much is the enrollment fee for a new wellness plan?
            7.  Who makes the offers the clients Wellness Plans? Where do you find the scripts to offer wellness plans?
