3031 - Referral Gifts
Results Statement: To increase client trust and new client numbers by rewarding our clients who
refer others.
Primary Responsible Position: Client Coordinator
Participating Position(s): Inventory Manager, Office Manager (as CC direct supervisor)
When: Weekly – See client coordinator weekly checklist
What:
Clients receive a personal gift every time they refer a client.
There is no limit to the number of rewards they can receive.
After 8 different gifts, they would start back at gift #1.
All referrals counts will start over in January and July regardless of where they
are in the referral count.
Employees receive the same gifts as the clients
Why:
New clients referred by our existing clients are almost always the most trusting
and loyal.
Referrals are the cheapest way to obtain new clients.
Asking for referrals is easy. We provide exceptional patient care and client
service. Our clients happy to send others!
We incentivize clients that refer others. They tend to become advocates and
“fans”. They continually spread the word.
Resources Needed:
1. Referral gifts and supplies (see below under “Supplies”)
2. AVIMark search results
3. New Client Forms – Properly filled out with “How did you FIRST hear about
us?”
