How to Set Up AVIMark:
1. History codes created in AVIMark for each Client Referral #1-8
with an action code for auto-prompt for notes.
2. History codes will be created for each Referral Gift #1-8 with an
action code for auto-prompt for notes.
3. Search added called “Referral Tracking”. VPO to write instructions here
on how this is done.
4. Search will be add called “Referral Gift Report”. VPO to write instructions
here on how this is done.
5. Search will be added called “Referral Tracking by Client Number”. VPO to
write instructions here on how this is done.
