b. The Position of the Body during Exercise
1. On count 1, keep the left leg front and stand on the toes supported
by the toes of the right leg. Similarly, keep both hands straight
in front at the level of the shoulder. Keep the thumbs up.
2. On count 2, keep both hands up keeping the legs in the same
position.
3. On count 3, stretch both hands sideways at the level of the
shoulders. The palms should face the ground.
