Cashier
The cashier’s counter is located at the Front Desk. Our cashiers will be pleased to assist you
with any of your foreign currency transactions, account settlements and safe deposit boxes.

Check-out Time
Check-out time is at 12.00noon. Please contact the Front Desk should you wish to extend it.
Late check-outs are subject to availability with a levied surcharge.

Courier Service

Credit Card
The hotel accepts the following major credit cards – American Express, VISA Card, Master
Card and JCB Card. Personal cheques are not acceptable.

Currency Exchange
Major foreign currencies can be exchanged at our Front Desk. Please contact the Front Desk
Cashier if you would like to enquire on the currency exchange rate for the day.

Durian and Mangosteen
Durians and mangosteens are NOT allowed to be brought into the hotel.

Duty Manager
The Duty Manager is available 24/7 for any assistance. Please dial 7805 from your room
telephone.
Emergency
Not all emergencies require an evacuation. Should there be an evacuation ordered, please
act according to the instructions of the evacuation plan located at the back of your hotel
room door with the identified exit routes leading to the assembly area.

Extra Bed
Feel free to call the Housekeeping Department if you wish to have an extra bed placed in
your room. Additional charges will be imposed accordingly.
