Flowers
Flowers for any occasion can be arranged according to your specifications. Please contact
the Front Office or Housekeeping if you wish to make such arrangements.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre is located at Level 8. Operating hours are from 5.00am - 12.00am, daily.

Please refer to the IDD listing on this compendium. Should you require further assistance,
please dial ‘0’ on your telephone to get a hold of one of our operators.

In-room Safe
The in-room safe is placed in the wardrobe of your room with specific instructions.

Kiblat
The Kiblat sign is located on the ceiling.

Laundry
Please refer to the laundry/dry cleaning list which is placed in your closet. Items received
before 11.00am will be returned on the same day by 9.00pm.

Lost and Found
For assistance in locating lost items, please contact the Front Office or Housekeeping.

Lost Luggage
For any misplaced luggage, please contact the Concierge or Duty Manager.

Medical Assistance
If medical assistance is required, please contact the Duty Manager.
