Most shopping complexes and departmental stores in Penang are open from 10.00am to
10.00pm. Major credit cards are acceptable at most shops.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel except the designated smoking area at Selah
alfresco area.

Surau
Separate prayer rooms for the ladies and for the gentlemen are available at Level 8.

Swimming Pool
An outdoor pool is located on Level 8 which is open from 7.00am to 9.00pm. Please ensure
that all children are accompanied by adults in the pool area. A proper attire is required. Pool
towel can be collected from the Fitness Centre located at the same floor.
Umbrellas
In the event of an inclement weather, umbrellas are available at the Concierge counter.
