Indoor Parking
Complimentary car parking facilities are available at Level 3, 4 and 5, and specifically for
registered in-house guests only.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Photocopying
Photocopying services are available with charges at Front Desk.
Places of Worship
Our Concierge can provide you with the details on the places of worship.
Prayer Mat
Available from the Housekeeping Department upon request.
Privacy
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please activate the “Do not Disturb” sign on the touch
panel control located on the wall near the bedside table.
Radio Channels
FM channels are available on your TV. For more details, please check the TV / Radio Guide in
your room.
Restaurant and Lounges
Reservations are recommended if you wish to dine in our Hotel’s restaurants. Please refer to
the section on restaurants and lounges in this booklet.
Room Service
In-room private dining is available 24 hours a day with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Safe Deposit Boxes
In addition to your in-room safe, safe deposit boxes are also available at the Front Desk in the
Lobby. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry and other valuables left
unattended in your room. Loss of the safe deposit key is chargeable.
Security
The hotel is patrolled by a Security personnel and a 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Guests are
advised to use the room door safety latch for added security and privacy.
