Inspection and Control Team (for AQ)
Inspection and Control Team for inspecting AQ hotel staff operations consists of medical
professionals, public health officers and relevant authorities appointed by the order of
the COVID-19 Centre of Koh Samui. Their roles include:
g COVID Manager (Hospital)
- Ensuring that prevention and control measures, following SOP standard, are
put in place with high consideration of safety for both staff and hotel guests.
- Update and inform staff on healthcare related knowledge and procedures with
high consideration of safety for staff.
- Report and coordinate with local Public Health offices, hospitals, and the local
CCSA.
g Observer Team
- Coordinate between medical and healthcare organisations with other related
agencies such as airport, hotels, tourists’ destinations during their stay. Also
provide guidelines and suggestions to ensure workforce safety.
- Ensure that inspection process / activities are put in place following the SOP.
Reconsider and adjust any inappropriate measures as well as finding solutions
for any errors.
g Volunteer Defense Corps Member (VDC MBR)
- Maintains safe and secure environment for tourists when checking in to stay at
the hotels and ensure them to follow the SOP.
- Report and coordinate with the competent authority and the COVID-19 Centre
of Koh Samui.
g Other relevant team appointed by the order of the local CCSA.
