Operational Positions in the Hotels

COVID Manager (establishment)
g
- Ensuring that prevention and control measures, following SOP standard, are
put in place with high consideration of safety for both staff and customers.
- Update and inform staff on healthcare related knowledge and procedures with
high consideration of safety for workforce.
- Report and coordinate with the COVID-19 Centre of Koh Samui.

Hotel Health Volunteers

- In charge of public health matters within the hotels and assist to COVID

Manager (establishment).

Front Office Staff
g
- Front office staff must undergo health screening and temperature checking
before start working. Staff with high body temperature and at risk of exposure
must call off the work and report directly to COVID Manager and consult a
doctor immediately.
- Front office staff and cleaning staff must always wear PPE while performing
