            Operating Guidelines for Hotel Staff




                        •  Measuring body temperature and basic health checks everyday if anyone has a
                           fever, coughing, runny nose. Keep this practice as a routine while working
                           closely with hotel guests.
                        •  After each operation, all staff must take a shower at the COVID centre before
                           returning to their accommodation.

                        •  If there is a case of a COVID-19 positive result, it must be reported directly to the
                           COVID Manager before proceeding to the appropriate SOP.
                        •  Hospital staff will stand by 24 hours for counsel and treatment.
                            o    In case hotel guests are diagnosed with COVID-19, hotels staff who have
                              close contact with them must undergo the 14-day quarantine starting
                              from the first day of diagnosis. The guests will be transferred to Koh
                              Samui Hospital for treatment following the SOP to control the situation
                              and prevent the spread of the virus.
                              Registration of personal records of both groups must be done properly

                              with names, last names and departments included. All data must be able
                              to be checked during the operation at all times.
                            o    Staff must wear face masks at all times and wash their hands frequently.
                            o    Separate working zones, eating areas and uniforms between the two
                              groups.
                            o    Staff who violate the regulations will receive punishment by hotels.
                            o    The companies or hotels must provide every staff with group insurance

                              for COVID-19.
