building muscle can be beneicial
when it comes to losing fat. But we
risk neglecting lengthier endurance exercise
that is best for boosting stamina. So how do you
improve your physical itness? One option is including
moderate-intensity sessions of running or cycling
which last anything upwards of 30-minutes. Or make some
of your workouts more energetic – either by moving
at a faster pace or by adding bursts of vigorous efort in
an interval training format (HIIT). Increasing your
aerobic capacity can help boost the low of
oxygenated blood to muscle tissues, which
can improve the health and function
of the body’s cells.
