choice. The solution? Super-charge it with healthier
toppings. Smashed avocado is an easy way to add
variety and essential nutrients to your diet. Primarily
a fat source, it can help stabilise blood-sugar levels and
slow down digestion. Alternatively, if you’re constantly
looking for an excuse to eat peanut butter, slather
a layer onto your toast, then top with some
chopped banana. It’s a whole lot more
illing and tastier, too!
