                                            Pirámide de Mayo
                                            Although it has its origins in the first city
                                            plaza traced by founder Juan de Garay
                                            in 1580, the plaza takes its current name
                                            from the pyramid in the center, which
                                            com mem orates the Revolución de
                                            Mayo of 1810.
