                                              Angkor Wat's majestic  fa~ade  can be seen from the
                                              causeway at  its west entrance. Balustrades termnabng
                                              in the form of  the naga.  the seven-headed serpent,
                                              border the causeway on either side and extend all the
                                              way around the temple.
