Savory Bat Wing Truffles



                        PREP TIME: 25 Minutes   •  START TO FINISH: 25 Minutes  •  14 servings (1 truffle)



                 8  oz chèvre (goat) cheese,   1.   In medium bowl, mix cheeses and pesto. Shape mixture into 14
                    crumbled (1 cup)         (1½-inch) balls.
