Camp Baboon at Wild Place
Project
ristol may not be the first place that springs to mind for a
safari experience, but just of the M5 you’ll discover a luxury
Bcamp, that’s home to girafes, gelada baboons and cheetah.
Camp Baboon is a collection of luxury cabins nestling in the
heart of Bristol Zoo’s sister site Wild Place Project.
After our day guests leave you will be given a twilight tour, before
trying a range of bush craft skills beneath the stars.
Dinner is served sizzling straight from the barbecue.
After you have eaten, you will be taken on a spectacular
torchlight evening tour, where you will get to witness the animals as
you’ve never seen them before.
Then it’s back to camp for marshmallows around the campfire,
before settling down in one of 10 luxury cabins, with en-suite
bathrooms, just yards from girafe, lemurs, zebras and cheetah.
As the sun rises, you will be shown to the girafe house for a
never-to-be-forgotten breakfast.
You will even get a chance to feed breakfast to some of our animals.
