Blueberry & white chocolate slice
MAKES 16-20 SQUARES Line a Swiss roll tin with

this slice is a tasty treat. then beat in the eggs. Add the

3 eggs or yoghurt if too stiff. Scatter
2 cups flour the blueberries evenly on top
1 tsp baking powder and bake for approximately
200g white chocolate buttons, 20 minutes or until it springs
roughly chopped back to the touch.
Milk or yoghurt, as needed 3 Serve either warm or cold. Mum’s tip...
