TRICEPS

                                                                                                                  PUSHDOWN

                                                                                                                  Attach a handle to the
                                                                                                                    top pulley of a cable
                                                                                                                        station. With your
                                                                                                                    elbows tucked close
                                                                                                                   to your sides, extend
                                                                                                                  your elbows until you
                                                                                                                   feel a stretch in your
                                                                                                             triceps. Hold the position
                                                                                                              momentarily, then return
                                                                                                                    to start position.
