             GNG. RAMOS          : Hindi ho. Maliwanag ho dito dahil maraming ilaw.
                                  No. It is bright because there are many lights.

             PEDRO               : Magkano ho ang upa dito?
                                  How much is the rent (here)?

             GNG. CRUZ           : Beinte mil ho isang buwan. Dalawang buwan ho ang deposito
                                     at isang buwan ang paunang bayad.
                                  Twenty thousand a month. The deposit is two months and the
                                  advance payment is one month.

             PEDRO               : Kasama ho ba ang koryente at tubig?
                                  Does that include electricity and water?

             GNG. CRUZ           : Kasama ang tubig. Hiwalay ang koryente.
                                  That includes water. Electricity is separate.
