              Study the following new points about Filipino grammar.



            I. The words “gusto” and “ayaw” and the marker “ni”
                 When  using  gusto  and  ayaw,  the  marker  ni  (used  for  proper  nouns)  is  used
                 indicating that it is Clara who likes coffee.
                     Thus, we say, “Gusto ni Clara ng kape.”

                     Do not use the marker si. The sentence, “Gusto si Clara ng kape.” means
