               Checking Guests In and Out



                       Check-in is the process which happen after guests had done their

               reservation completely. Check-out is the process the guest doing before


               they leave. The front office or the receptionist are assigned as a department

               who have to organize check-in and check-out process. In each hotel, they


               provide different rule for checking-in and checking-out time. At the present,


               numerous hotels allow guests to do online check-in, it is more comfortable,

               especially the guest. At the following passages shows the basically process


               to do checking-in.


               Generally the process:


                     The guest arrives and heads to

                       your reception/front desk.


                     The guest is identified and has

                       their details checked.

                     Front desk staff will give the guest an introduction to the hotel.


                     The guest will take note of amenities and regulations etc and ask

                       any questions.


                     The guest will be handed their keys/keycard.


                     Luggage is taken to the room by the guest or hotel staff.

                     The guest enters and settles into their room.
